Fairburn Scout Group originally started over 30 years ago. If you have anything in a box, dusty corner or photo album that would help us to put together a history of the Scout Group we would love to hear from you. We can scan in photos and cuttings and if you have any stories about the Scout Group then do let us know by filling in the form below:
The Group has acquired papers and photos of the Scout Group from around 30 years ago. Nicki said "Sandra Glass from Marybank, who helped run the group then, found the items in a box in her attic. We are hoping past members may be able to recognise themselves from the photos - we urge them to write something in our guestbook. If we get enough interest we may even hold a scout reunion."
Where are they now?
